  Amazing customer service! I walked in unsure of what to get and walked out with the note 8 and an iPad with multiple accessories. They made sure I received discounts so I felt I had saved a good deal of money and got some of the best products and services. I will continue to buy all my cell phone and accessories from this store only. Thank you so much Val and Liz for all the advice , amazing service, and discounts. You are the best!

  Entirely new staff at the store recently. They have been extremely helpful with billing issues from previous staff and with assisting me in service solutions. I would definitely recommend stopping into this store and working with Val, Sam, or Trent!

  To have a truly accurate review a zero star system would need to be in place. The manager named Kim (whos name I'm sure will keep popping up in negative reviews) is deceptive to the highest definition of the term. Willing to lie boldly to your face for a sale. Her staff is no better, and equally to blame for such an unpleasant experience. If you value honesty and integrity go anywhere but Sprint at the highlands.
